Shipping policy
Shipping within the UK
We use multiple Delivery companies based on the items that we are shipping and therefore the shipping service and charges will be determined and notified at the time an order is confirmed and accepted by us and, before any payment is requested. In order that we comply with our Carrier's Terms of Carriage and any relevant UK Regulations, we do not use a 'one size fits all' approach since some products may not be shippable, only be carried by a specific carrier i.e. hazmat or exceed Carrier maximum dimensions and incur a surcharge.
International Orders
We do and have shipped international however, some items are either regulated by law and require import permits and export licenses, exceed the carrier's shipping policy or simply cannot ship if they are considered hazardous material. If you are interested in one or more items and would like to know if the items can ship to you, feel free to message us and we'll let you know. Shipping charges will be quoted at the time an order is confirmed. Additional duties and taxes may be levied on import into your country by your Customs or Border Agency which we have no control over.
As unprimed brass, bullets and shotshell components are regulated items, they require an export license before they can be shipped, and this can take several weeks to obtain. Aerosols, Liquids, Bladed items, Propellant, Primers and Percussion Caps cannot ship international.
